Tullahoma basketball picked up a pair of district wins Wednesday night at home vs Marshall County.
In the girls game the Lady Cats jumped out to a 19-5 first quarter lead and cruised to a 50-22 victory to sweep the season series with the Tigerettes.
NyJah Gibbs paced Tullahoma with a game high 16 points while Eleanor Fults also finished in double figures with 12.

In the night cap the Wildcats led by as many as 13 points early in the third before a long scoring drought allowed Marshall County to battle back and take the lead late in the fourth. However with seconds remaining Grant Chadwick nailed a shot from the right post to put the cats back in in front by one and the Tigers final heave fell shot as Tullahoma held on for a 62-16 win.
Xavier Ferrell led Tullahoma with 15 points while Chadwick and DeAndre Jenkins each added 11.
The win which snapped a 6 game losing streak improves the Wildcats to 6-17 overall and 1-6 in the district.
