Jakobe Thomas scored three touchdowns in Tullahoma’s big win in the 95th Coffee Pot game. Thomas had a TD pass receiving, a rushing TD and a kickoff return for the Wildcats in their 42-13 win over the Red Raiders.
The game was close through halftime before the Cats opened up a big lead in the early 4th quarter and never looked back. Thomas also had over 100 yards rushing and Joe Duncan had 72 yards receiving off the arm of Quarterback Ryan Scott.
Coffee County had a strong night from Quarterback Conner Shemwell and Receiver Kelvin Verge as they connected for 2 touchdown passes. Verge also had an interception. With his performance, Kelvin Verge earned the Rooster 101.5, Crazy Daises Player of the Game for Coffee County.
Coffee County will travel to Murfreesboro to take on Blackman next week while Tullahoma will visit Marshall County.
