Covid-19 Forces Release of 26 Inmates from Franklin County Jail

One area jail has released some of its inmates because of the new distance requirements.
Franklin County Sheriff Tim Fuller says 26 non-violent offenders who were near the end of their sentence were released early.
None of the inmates tested positive for COVID-19. Sheriff Fuller added that this was simply a measure to free up space in the jail.
