COVID-19 Update for Tennessee; Coffee, Moore and Rutherford Counties Add to Death Total

Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed 1,764 additional cases of COVID-19 across the state on Sunday bringing the state total to 164,126.

TDH also confirmed 3 additional deaths, bringing Tennessee up to 1,865 total deaths.

Out of the confirmed positive cases, 145,359 are listed as inactive/recovered.

Remember the state is now counting the active cases in a new way and it has drastically lowered those numbers. See all nearby county numbers below.

There are 819 people currently in the hospital with COVID-19.

*Bedford County: 14 died; 1,164 confirmed/probable cases; 87 active cases

*Cannon County: 0 died; 226 confirmed/probable cases; 40 active cases

*Coffee County: 7 died: 825 confirmed/probable cases; 123 active cases

*Franklin County: 5 died; 634 confirmed/probable; 173 active cases.

*Grundy County: 3 died; 158 confirmed/probable; 18 active cases

*Lincoln County: 1 died; 460 confirmed/probable; 56 active cases.

*Moore County: 1 died; 117 confirmed/probable; 13 active cases.

*Rutherford County: 80 died; 8,159 confirmed/probable; 502 active cases.

*Warren County: 7 died; 907 confirmed/probable; 151 active cases.
