Tennessee Guidelines for Opening Certain Tennessee Businesses

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee on Friday morning gave what he calls the “Tennessee Pledge” to opening of certain businesses on Monday. For complete details on the guidelines click here to open Reopening Guidelines (1)

Lee said more guidelines will be given next week for more businesses to open.

Here are a few of the guidelines:

Starting Monday, restaurants may reopen, but must limit diners to 50 percent of normal capacity.
Retailers may reopen on Wednesday, with the same restriction.
However, close-contact services like beauty salons and non-emergency dentistry will not be re-opened next week.
Large group gatherings, activities and special events remain off the table for now.
