Tennessee has 2nd Most COVID-19 Deaths in 24 Hour Period

Tennessee Department of Health has confirmed 1,034 additional cases related to COVID-19 across the state on Tuesday. This brings the state total to 135,778 cases.

TDH also confirmed 39 additional deaths, making Tuesday the second-highest single-day increase and bringing Tennessee up to 1,426 total deaths.

Out of the confirmed positive cases, 96,896 have recovered. Tennessee has 37,456 active cases.

*Bedford County: 12 died; 989 confirmed/probable cases; 748 recovered; 229 active cases

*Cannon County: 0 died; 165 confirmed/probable cases; 113 recovered; 52 active cases

*Coffee County: 4 died: 630 confirmed/probable cases; 321 recovered; 305 active cases

*Franklin County: 4 died; 384 confirmed/probable; 257 recovered; 123 active cases.

*Grundy County: 2 died; 133 confirmed/probable; 96 recovered; 35 active cases

*Lincoln County: 1 died; 351 confirmed/probable; 209 recovered; 141 active cases.

*Moore County: 0 died; 77 confirmed/probable; 38 recovered; 39 active cases

*Rutherford County: 61 died; 7,179 confirmed/probable; 4,649 recovered; 2,469 active cases.

*Warren County: 6 died; 629 confirmed/probable; 355 recovered; 268 active cases
