Coffee County Government offices will remain open on Friday, according to County Mayor Judd Matheny, except for the Coffee County Circuit Court office. They will only open between 10 am-2 pm on Friday.
Coffee County General Sessions Civil Court cases scheduled for Friday, January 19, have been reset to Friday, March 15. Coffee County Circuit Court offices will only be open 10 am-2 pm on Friday.
Due to continued hazardous conditions of side roads, the possibility of melting precipitation to refreeze, and the potential for a wintry mix causing impact to treated and untreated surfaces, Bedford County Government offices, except for public safety, will remain closed Friday and (where applicable) Saturday. There will be no court proceedings Friday, and court clerk offices will be closed.
The Franklin County Government Buildings will remain closed on Friday, January 19, 2024, due to inclement weather, except the Franklin County Solid Waste Department on Joyce Lane. They will open at 8:00 am.
