Manchester Hardee’s Manager, Charity Swack, recently presented a check for $6,160 to the Coffee County Veterans Association.
For several years, Charity has organized events to help support the Association. This year, she doubled her company’s donation by organizing several events, including a talent show, pop-up tent sale, and more.
The Sportsmen and Businessmen’s Charitable Organization was thrilled to support the Coffee County Veterans Association with a $5,000 contribution that will aid in their building expansion. “SBCO is proud to support the incredible efforts of the Coffee County Veterans Association. This group continues to extend their service to support local veterans and our community as a whole,” said Carter Sain, President.
Allison Beachboard, an elementary school teacher with Coffee Street Elementary School, submitted the nomination for the Veterans Association to receive the contribution.
Since 1984, the SBCO has served Coffee County through various philanthropic efforts, including financial assistance to those needing health, medical, dental, vision, food, education, transportation, shelter, and other expenses.
