Recently, Warren County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a Spring Valley Road residence regarding a 911 open line. Upon arrival, contact was made with Troy Grant Craven, and while speaking to him, the officer smelled the odor of Marijuana coming from the residence. Deputies secured the scene, and a search warrant was obtained.
Upon search of the residence, a female identified as Angela Louise Howell was located, along with multiple controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and a police scanner.
Troy Grant Craven and Howell were arrested at the scene and charged with being in possession of illegal controlled substances. Howell also had other active warrants outstanding. Both subjects will appear before Judge Ryan J. Moore for arraignment.
