Tennessee has dismissed freshman quarterback Kaiden Salter from the football program according to sources within the Volunteer program.
This comes after he was involved in two off field incidents since arriving on campus in January. Salter and freshman offensive lineman Amari McNeil were cited for misdemeanor marijuana possession early Saturday morning. Salter was also one of four players suspended for an incident at Stokely Hall in March and had just been reinstated to the team in recent weeks.
