On Wednesday, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence in Estill Springs with the assistance of the District Attorney’s Office, the 12th Judicial Drug Task Force, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
As a result of the search warrant, the following evidence was seized:
-1564 blue pills believed to contain fentanyl.
-Substance believed to be methamphetamine
-Several pieces of drug paraphernalia
-Small amount of a substance believed to be marijuana
-$4,030 in U.S. Currency
Robert Lee Nevin was arrested and charged with the following crimes:
-Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Fentanyl)
-Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
-Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Simple Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance
Robert has a $100,000 bond, and his court date is May 13th, 2024, in General Sessions Court.
