The Bypass Road in Winchester had to be shut down on Wednesday to accommodate a super load heading to Arnold Engineering and Development Center.
Once this massive load reached Dinah Shore Boulevard it began to travel North and then turned onto Highway 127/AEDC Road. This is the second such load to make its way from Alabama on Hwy 64 to Fayetteville into Winchester, through the Capitol Hill community on Hwy 127 and then to the Air Force Bace.
