Traffic Information after Snow Storm

Multiple vehicle accidents have been reported throughout the area on Monday after several inches of snow. Police advise that unless it is an emergency, please stay off the roads.

Interstate 24 also had its issues. Eastbound near Exit 127 and the foot of Monteagle Mountain, a semi-truck jackknifed and stopped traffic on Monday morning.

In Grundy County, a TDOT truck plowing snow flipped on its side. Another truck slid off Hwy 55 in Coffee County around 3 pm.

Many fender-benders were reported in all surrounding counties.
