Veterans Day in Bedford County

Bedford County honored veterans on Saturday. At 10 a.m. A historical marker was unveiled on the Shelbyville square recognizing Medal of Honor recipient Charles C. Davis, a Pennsylvania cavalryman who led a charge on the Shelbyville square during the Civil War.

That was followed at 11 a.m. by the annual Veterans Day parade, with a number of entries including all three public high school bands.
