A man wanted for multiple crimes in various local areas was arrested on Monday night. Bryan Ray Phillips was taken into custody in Marion County.
A Franklin County deputy pursued a stolen car into Marion County. The stolen vehicle exited the Interstate in Kimball and crashed into a tree. Phillips fled from the crash on foot.
Kimball Police Department, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and Franklin County deputies set a perimeter around the area. THP provided a helicopter to assist in the search as well. The search was later called off. Phillips was later found by Kimball Police and taken into custody.
Phillips was charged with the following charges in Marion County:
-Felony Evading
-Reckless Endangerment
-Burglary
-Vandalism
-Driving on a Suspended License
-Resisting Arrest
When he is released from Marion County, he will face the following charges in Franklin County:
-Theft of Motor Vehicle
-Attempted Theft of Motor Vehicle
-Aggravated Burglary X3
-Felony Evading
-Burglary
-Theft of Property
-Vandalism X2
He is also wanted for questioning in cases in Coffee and Rutherford counties.
