Country Music Legend Joe Diffie Dies from Coronavirus

Last August Country music legend Joe Diffie performed at the Lynchburg Music Fest. Sunday is was announced Diffie had died at the age of 61 from complications of coronavirus (COVID-19).
The CMA and GRAMMY-winner had 5 number 1 singles in the 90’s. Hit songs included “Home,” “If the Devil Danced (In Empty Pockets),” “Third Rock From the Sun,” “Pickup Man,” and “Bigger Than the Beatles.” In all, Diffie charted 18 Top Ten singles.
Diffie announced on Friday that he has the virus.
