Special Education Teacher Charged with Assault involving Students

Mathew Fesmire a 33-year-old Clark Memorial special education teacher in Franklin County was arrested on two counts of assault charge in connection with two separate occurrences involving students.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department charged the man on Tuesday afternoon, and he has since bonded out of jail.

Fesmire is set to appear in court on December 6.
