Franklin County Animal Control and the Franklin County Sheriff’s office are asking for your help identifying the person that dumped six kittens on the side of Highway 41A on Tuesday morning. The kittens were left in a box near Day’s Storage.
There have also been 12 dogs abandoned on the sides of Franklin County roadways over the last couple of days. If you have dogs or cats that you cannot take care of, you can surrender these animals at the Franklin County Animal Control Office.
