On Monday, the Coffee County Red Raiders and the Lincoln County Falcons competed in 18-hole golf matches.
In girls’ play, the Lady Falcons got by the Lady Raiders 162-189. Lincoln County’s Adie Neal shot the lowest score overall with a 76. Her teammate Amie Neal shot a round of 86. Coffee County’s Araya Hughes got around the 18 holes in 88 shots, and Leah Kate Sullivan carded a 101.
On the boys’ side of the scoreboard, the Coffee County Red Raiders scored a 320-408 win over the Lincoln County Falcons.
Individually, the Red Raiders were led by Jack Stowe’s great round of 75, followed by Noah Costello with a 78, Jackson Shemwell carded an 82, and Brady Daugherty had the other counting score with an 85.
Cason Sanchez led the Falcons as he scored a 90, Cole Schneid 100, Colton George 108, and Dylan Gentry 11
