Coffee Middle Softall gets Win back from Franklin County

CCMS Lady Raiders fell to Franklin County Middle on Monday but made up for that loss on Thursday night at home as they beat the Rebelettes 8-4.

7th grader Madi Scott toed the rubber for the Lady Raiders and went the distance for the win. She struck out 7 to help her team improve to 2-1 in the 2023 campaign.
CCMS tallied eight hits in the game. Maggie Montgomery homered again for the Lady Raiders. Taylor McBride had three hits, including a triple, and Scott added two more.

Franklin County Middle School scattered nine hits in the game. Kyleigh DeCamp went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Franklin County Middle School.
