Franklin Co. Authorities Arrest 60 year-old for Meth and More

Recently Franklin County Sheriff’s Office personnel executed a search warrant at 238 Fairview Road Winchester, TN. The execution of the warrant resulted in law enforcement discovering and seizing approximately 75 grams of what is believed to be methamphetamine, 20 grams of alleged marijuana and slightly over $900 in cash.
Carl W. Willis age 60 was placed under arrest and transported to Southern Tennessee Regional Health. He is charged with: Possession of Methamphetamine with intent to Re-Sale, Possession of Schedule VI (marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Willis has been released on a $15,000 bond and has an initial court date set for Monday, March 16th, in Franklin County General Sessions Court at 8:00am.
