A government leader in Franklin County was arrested recently. Authorities charged Commissioner Scottie Riddle after an alleged domestic altercation with his son. Clay Riddle was also taken into custody, he is a corrections officer at the Franklin County Jail.
Apparently, a complaint was made about the father and son fighting. The fight reportedly started when Clay told Scottie he was being loud on his cell phone.
Both bonded out of jail and will appear in court Feb. 3.
