Lady Raiders Knock Off Walker Valley and will Host Warren County for the Region Championship

Kaitlyn Davis threw a 3-hitter and blasted a 2-run homer on Monday night to help lift the Coffee County Lady Raiders past the Walker Valley Lady Mustangs, 4-0, in a Region 3AAAA semifinal. All Coffee County runs were scored in the bottom of the 6th.

Davis earned the win in the circle, striking out 12 and walking one.

The Lady Raiders had eight hits in the game. Madison Pruitt had a triple and single, and Ella Arnold added two singles. Pruitt’s triple earned her an RBI, and Channah Gannon crushed an RBI double.

Coffee County will host Warren County on Wednesday at 6:30 PM at Terry Floyd Field. The Lady Pioneers defeated Rhea County on the road Monday night, 12-9.
