Tullahoma softball bounced back from a narrow defeat vs Cascade Wednesday by besting Marion County 12-7 Thursday evening in Jaspar.
The Lady Cat offense was clicking once again as they put four runs on the board in the top of the first to grab an early lead which they’d hold for the duration of the contest
Madison Goad Launched a pair of home runs, tallied six RBI and score four runs in a 4-5 day at the plate.Sara Tate homered as well and finished the day 2-4 with two runs scored and a pair of RBI. Kylee Holt set the table reaching in three of her five plate appearances and stealing five bases.
Amaya Sharp picked up the win going the distance in the circle. Sharp surrendered seven runs, just two of them earned and limited Marion County to nine hits while walking four and striking out five.
Tullahoma tallied 12 runs on 13 hits and committed a pair of errors.
The Lady Cats will face Silver Creek in the Southern Warrior Classic tomorrow at 2:00 in Murfreesboro.
