Mann is New Alderman for the City of Tullahoma

Derick Mann was selected Tuesday night by the Tullahoma Board of Mayor and Alderman to serve as an alderman. The vote was 5-1, with Mayor Ray Knowis voting for Tommy Northcott.

The seat was vacated by Robin Dunn, who resigned from the board after a heated exchange with other board members in early December.

Mann told On Target News that he was excited to serve the city that has been very good to him since opening Minuteman Press. He added that he wants businesses and citizens to continue to receive the same opportunities and great experiences he’s enjoyed as a resident and business owner. Mann will be sworn into office at the next city board meeting on Monday, January 8, 2023.
