Moore County opened its season on Friday night at home as they hosted Cascade.
The Raiders took the lead they never gave up in the first when QB Kyler Parker connected with Brayden Cashion for a touchdown in the first.
Moore County was driving for another score but fumbled on the goal line with only 20 seconds left in the first half.
Following the turnover, the Raider defense trapped Cascade in the endzone to pick up a safety and a 9-0 lead.
In the 2nd quarter a tipped pass from Parker found its way to Dylan Scruggs to end the scoring on the night to give Moore County the 15-0.
