Tullahoma Alderman Kurt Glick pled not guilty through his attorney Lee Davis of Davis and Hoss, PC. The attorney, who is from Chattanooga, made a not-guilty plea for Glick over Zoom last Friday. Glick was apparently not involved in the Zoom call.
Glick was indicted on two counts of Official Misconduct on July 11. District Attorney General (Coffee County) Craig Northcott is not prosecuting the case. Instead, Northcott asked for a pro tem prosecutor, and that is District Attorney Chris Stanford from Warren County. Judge Larry (Bart) Stanley, also from Warren County, will preside over the trial in Coffee County due to judges in Coffee County recusing themselves. No court date has been set at this time.
Glick continues to maintain that his actions were in the best interest of the citizens of Tullahoma.
