The two children reported missing out of Shelbyville, Tennessee, have been found safe.
The TBI confirms that 2-year-old Journey Garrett and 9-month-old Daley Garrett were found in Alabama.
Their non-custodial mother, Casey Campbell, was taken into custody and charged with especially aggravated kidnapping.
TBI says both girls were last seen in Shelbyville on March 13 before being found on Monday.
