On Sunday the Tennessee Volunteers defeated the Florida Gators 65-54 in an SEC matchup in Knoxville for senior day.
The Gators came out strong outscoring the Volunteers 33-28 to lead the first half of play and go into the locker room on top. Out of halftime Tennessee played aggressive by taking the lead 37-21 in the second half to secure the win over Florida on senior day. John Fulkerson, Keon Johnson and Victor Bailey Jr. led in scoring posting 14 points each. Josiah-Jordan James scored 8 points for Tennessee. Santiago Vescovi notched 6 points to help secure the win for the Volunteers.
