Tullahoma Boys’ Basketball Wins Third Place Game in District Tournament

On Tuesday night in Lewisburg, the Tullahoma Wildcat boys’ basketball team took on the host school, Marshal County Tigers of the District 8 Class 3-A tournament. This game was for third place.

The Wildcats controlled the action for most of the game, only to see the Tigers make a run late. Tullahoma was able to hang on and pull out the win, 69-68.

With the victory, the Wildcats will travel to the #2 seed from District 7, Livingston Academy, on Saturday at 7 PM for the Region 4 Class 3-A quarterfinals. Remember, the Lady Cats will host the Upperman Lady Bees at the same time on Friday.
