Tullahoma Wrestling Earns Two State Championships

The Tullahoma High School wrestling team finished third overall in the TSSAA State Tournament. Five boys and one lady came home with medals.

Wildcat seniors- Caiden Mears, 144lbs, and Connor Avans, 190lbs, won state championships on Saturday.

Seniors Payton Agnell 107lbs, Andres Hamilton 132lbs, and freshman Corbin Avans 150lbs all finished as State Runner Ups. Zachary Murphy, at 126lbs, medaled with a 6th-place finish.

Say’vion Surles and Chandler Kile also competed for Tullahoma.
