Willowbrook Golf Course Owner Injured in Golf Cart/Vehicle Crash

An accident took place on Monday that left the owner of Willowbrook Golf Course with severe injuries. David Burris and his dog Arnie were riding in a golf cart near the course just outside Manchester. The golf cart and a minivan collided, leaving Burris with serious injuries and his dog with injuries.

On Target News has spoken to Burris’ wife Julie, and she said that David had surgery on Tuesday on his broken pelvis. She added that he has a long recovery because of his multiple injuries.

Burris is currently in TriStar Skyline in Nashville.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol says the investigation into the crash continues.
