Tullahoma Basketball Update

On Friday night at Tullahoma High School, the Lady Cats basketball team hosted Upperman Bees in the Region 4 Class 3-A quarterfinals. Tullahoma, the District 8 champions, suffered a loss to the #4 seed Bees from District 7, 48-37. This ended the season for the Lady Cats with an overall record of 16-10.

In the boys’ quarterfinals on Saturday night at Livingston Academy, the Tullahoma Wildcats kept their season going with a 72-59 win.

Xavier Ferrell led the Cats with 19 points, and Jaiden Sanchez added 18. They were named the 93.9 The Duck Co-Players of the Game. Khani Johnson had a nice night as he scored 17 points.

Tullahoma will host Lawrence County on Tuesday night in the semifinals of the region tournament at 7:45, and you can listen to the game on 93.9 The Duck, www.939theduck.com, or the 93.9 The Duck app.
